This Pastel paper is made with a high cotton content and is dyed in the pulp to give an appropriate texture as well as strength and permanence. It is neutrally sized and presents a grainy, rough surface offering a very good pigment uptake. Free from acids and optical brighteners. Paper is of archival quality for stability and resistance to aging. It is made using hydroelectric power to reduce greenhouse emissions and FSC certified pulp to protect forests. Ideal for sketching and drawing with pastel, graphite, charcoal, sanguine and other mediums that emphasize shading and highlighting techniques. It can also be used for other arts and crafts. Each pad contains 24 160gsm sheets.
